  • Season the country ribs with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them on a few sheets of aluminum foil.(sheets large enough to wrap around the pork ribs and seal securely). Place the foil with the ribs in a casserole dish or rimmed baking sheet.

    ½ teaspoon each, salt and pepper

  • Create the "pouch" around the seasoned country ribs, pulling up the sides to absorb the liquid, then pour the apple cider vinegar over the ribs. Seal aluminum foil tightly.

    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Hear a 350°F(175 °C)2 hours or until pork ribs are tender(4 ounce small ribs can cook quickly and 10 ounce large ribs can take a little longer).

  • Remove from the oven and carefully open the foil.(Blow off steam from your body!). Transfer the spare ribs to a clean sheet of aluminum foil and drain the grease from your baking pan or baking sheet, then discard the used aluminum foil.

  • Place the ribs back in your casserole dish and generously coat all sides of the pork ribs with the BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes.

    ½ Cup Barbecue-Sauce

  • Remove from the oven and let the pork ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving. Brush with more BBQ sauce if you like.
