💭 Angela's recipe tips and notes
- Change the spices. If you want to add a little more spice(cayenne pepper, brown sugar, dry mustard, smoked paprika, etc.),add them at the same time with salt and pepper.
- If your ribs aren't juicy and a little crispy on the outside, they're undercooked.Increase the heat to speed things up.leads to a more difficult result. When in doubt, remember to do a taste test.
- Use a meat thermometer or a fork to check if they are done.If you're not sure when your ribs are perfectly cooked, try pulling them apart with a fork.. It should break easily without a knife.. You can also use a meat thermometer on the thickest part.
- Pork is safe at 145℉ (63℃), but it ismore tendersomewhere between 195 ℉ (91℃) and 203℉ (95℃).
